The invention discloses a marine high-purity water storage device which is characterized by comprising a high-purity water cabin connected with a fresh water cabin through an overflow pipeline, a ventilation pipeline of the high-purity water cabin is connected with a breathing device, the high-purity water cabin is connected with a manufacturing and transferring system through a pipeline, and theoverflow pipeline is installed at the high position of the high-purity water cabin; a stop valve, a flow indicator, a check valve, a U-shaped bend and a fresh water tank immersion short pipe which arein a normally open state are sequentially arranged on the overflow pipeline, the stop valve is arranged at the joint of the overflow pipeline and the high-purity water tank, an outlet of the U-shapedbend is connected to the fresh water tank through a horizontal pipeline, and a water discharging pipeline is arranged at the bottom of the U-shaped bend; the horizontal position of the check valve islower than that of the stop valve, and the horizontal position of the horizontal pipeline is located between the check valve and the stop valve. When the high-purity water is stored in the non-pressure-resistant storage container, the non-pressure-resistant storage container is prevented from making contact with outside air, the purpose of protecting the water quality of the high-purity water isachieved, the pollution probability of the outside air to the high-purity water is reduced, and meanwhile normal and stable operation of a system is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种船用高纯水储存装置,其特征在于,包括通过溢流管路连接淡水舱的高纯水舱,高纯水舱的透气管路与呼吸装置相连,高纯水舱与制造转运系统管路连接,溢流管路安装在高纯水舱的高高位;所述溢流管路上依次设有常开状态的截止阀、示流器、止回阀、U型弯、淡水舱浸没短管,截止阀设于溢流管路与高纯水舱的连接处,U型弯出口通过水平管路连接至淡水舱,U型弯的底部设有放水管路;止回阀的水平位置低于截止阀,水平管路的水平位置介于止回阀与截止阀之间。本发明在实现非耐压储存容器储存高纯水时,避免与外界空气的接触,达到保护高纯水水质的目的,降低了外部空气对高纯水的污染几率,同时保证系统正常稳定运行。
