The invention relates to a space spiral unfolding exposure platform which comprises a telescopic driving device, a first telescopic column, a hollow shaft motor, a guide rail driving device, a spiralguide rail and a sample tray, a driving end of the telescopic driving device is connected with and drives the first telescopic column to stretch out and draw back, and each telescopic section of the first telescopic column is provided with the hollow shaft motor; the hollow shaft motor is connected with the sample tray and drives the sample tray to circumferentially rotate around the first telescopic column; the spiral guide rail surrounds the peripheral side of the sample tray; the guide rail driving device is connected with the spiral guide rail and drives the spiral guide rail to unfold orfold; when the telescopic driving device drives the first telescopic column to retract, the sample trays on each telescopic section are arranged in the circumferential direction of the first telescopic column to form a cylindrical structure. According to the exposure platform, sample tray petals of the cylindrical structure are lifted through the lifting structure, so that the sample trays of theexposure platform are spirally arranged in the unfolding stage, and sufficient exposure space is guaranteed.
