The invention discloses a main speed reducer assembly hoisting device. The main speed reducer assembly hoisting device comprises a hoisting chain and a clamping assembly. The clamping assembly comprises two clamping pliers arranged in a crossed mode, and the crossed positions of the two clamping pliers are hinged to each other. The hoisting chain is arranged at the ends, away from the hinged positions, of the two clamping pliers. A clamping area used for clamping a main speed reducer assembly is formed between the ends, away from the hoisting chain, of the two clamping pliers. The hoisting chain drives the two clamping pliers to move towards each other or away from each other so as to correspondingly clamp or loosen the main speed reducer assembly placed in the clamping area. According tothe main speed reducer assembly hoisting device, the two clamping pliers are driven to be close to each other or away from each other so as to clamp the main speed reducer assembly, and thus the mainspeed reducer assembly is hoisted; the main speed reducer assembly hoisting device is easy, convenient and fast to operate, the assembling efficiency is improved, and the main speed reducer assembly hoisting device is easy to transfer and mount; and in addition, due to the fact that the area of the clamping area can be adjusted, the main speed reducer assembly hoisting device can be suitable for hoisting different main speed reducer assemblies, and is high in universality.

    本发明公开一种主减速器总成吊装装置,其包括吊链和夹持组件,所述夹持组件包括两个交叉设置的夹持钳,且两个所述夹持钳的交叉处相互铰接,所述吊链设置于两个所述夹持钳远离铰接处的一端,两个所述夹持钳远离所述吊链的一端之间形成用于夹持所述主减速器总成的夹持区,所述吊链驱动两个所述夹持钳相向或向背运动,以对应将放置于所述夹持区内的所述主减速器总成夹紧或放松。本发明中通过驱动两个夹持钳相互靠近或远离,以夹持主减速器总成,从而实现对主减速器总成的吊装,该主减速器总成吊装装置操作简便快捷,提高了装配效率,易于转运安装;并且,由于夹持区的面积可以调节,因此该装置可以适用于吊装不同的主减速器总成,通用性强。
