本发明的一种低速车辆无人四轮独立转向底盘平台转向系统,属于无人驾驶技术领域,包括车身骨架和四组设置在车身骨架底部的独立转向系统,每组独立转向系统均包括转向系统、行驶系统和悬架系统,转向系统安装在行驶系统与悬架系统之间,每组所述转向系统均包括壳体、转向电机、涡轮、万向节和蜗杆,蜗杆与涡轮啮合,转向电机的主轴与蜗杆之间通过联轴器连接,万向节的活动端与行驶系统固定连接。本发明通过转向系统能够实现对行驶系统的高精度控制,并且能够使行驶系统360度自由转动,蜗杆大轴承以及蜗杆小轴承均为调心轴承,当蜗轮蜗杆耐久磨损后,可以通过调心轴承进行间隙补偿,来实现对蜗杆轴心的调节。
