The invention discloses a multi-angle turnover device for large steel component machining. The multi-angle turnover device comprises a working platform, a clamping and fixing mechanism and a hoistingmechanism, wherein the hoisting mechanism comprises a fixed hoisting component and a movable hoisting component; the fixed hoisting component comprises a hoisting transverse plate; the lower end faceof the hoisting transverse plate is connected with two fixed hoisting hydraulic cylinders; the movable hoisting component comprises two hoisting guide rails located between the two fixed hoisting hydraulic cylinders; hoisting sliding sleeves are arranged on the hoisting guide rails; and the lower end faces of the hoisting sliding sleeves are perpendicularly connected with movable hoisting hydraulic cylinders. During work, the output end of the hoisting mechanism is connected with the clamping and fixing mechanism and drives the clamping and fixing mechanism to move upwards, and a steel component is disengaged from the working platform; and through mutual cooperation of stretching and retracting of the output end, the steel component is turned over within the 180-degree angle range, when any machined face is subjected to surface treatment, the machined face can be in the machining-facilitating state, and the whole steel component surface machining process is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种大型钢构件加工用多角度翻转装置,包括工作平台、夹持固定机构和吊装机构,吊装机构包括固定吊装部件和移动吊装部件,固定吊装部件包括吊装横板,吊装横板下端面连接有两个固定吊装液压缸,移动吊装部件包括两个位于两个固定吊装液压缸之间的吊装导轨,吊装导轨上设置有吊装滑套,吊装滑套的下端面垂直连接有移动吊装液压缸,在工作时吊装机构的输出端与夹持固定机构相连,并带动夹持固定机构上移,使钢构件脱离工作平台,并通过输出端的伸出和回缩的相互配合,使钢构件在180°角度范围内翻转,在对任意加工面进行表面处理时均能时该加工面处于便于加工的状态,方便整个钢构件表面加工过程。
