The invention discloses a lubricating device for an elevator guide rail. The lubricating device for the elevator guide rail comprises a mounting plate, two symmetrically-distributed containing groovesare formed in the outer portion of the top of the mounting plate, pumps are arranged in the containing grooves, a storage box is arranged on the mounting plate, a protective frame is fixedly connected to the outer wall of one side of the mounting plate, a motor is fixed to the outer wall of the protective frame, a cam is arranged at one end of an output shaft of the motor, a brush block is slidably connected to the inner wall of the mounting plate, a mounting block is fixed to the outer wall of one side of the brush block, a plurality of springs distributed at equal intervals are arranged onthe outer wall of one side of the mounting block, and a moving plate is arranged at one ends of the springs. Through mutual cooperation of the motor, the cam, the mounting block, the spring, the brushblock, bristles, a spray head and the pumps, in the ascending or descending process of the device, the bristles can rub the guide rail of the elevator multiple times, and therefore a lubricant sprayed out of the spray head can be smeared more evenly.

    本发明公开了一种电梯导轨用润滑装置,包括安装板,所述安装板的顶部外部开设有两个对称分布的放置槽,且放置槽的内部均放置有泵,所述安装板上设置有存储箱,所述安装板的一侧外壁固定连接有防护架,且防护架的外壁固定有电机,且电机的输出轴的一端设置有凸轮,所述安装板的内壁滑动连接有刷块,且刷块的一侧外壁固定有安装块,且安装块的一侧外壁设置有多个等距离分布的弹簧,且弹簧的一端设置有移动板。本发明通过设置的电机、凸轮、安装块、弹簧、刷块、刷毛、喷头和泵相互配合,在装置在上升或者下降的过程中,刷毛可以和电梯的导轨发生多次摩擦,由此可以将喷头喷出的润滑剂涂抹的更加均匀。
