Through the cooperation of aplurality of groups of damping structures and guide structures, the installation stability of a battery of the dual-power electric vehicle motor control device is high, and through active diversion heat dissipation, the temperature of the battery in the device is kept stable, thereby guaranteeing that the battery of the device can conduct continuous high-energy release on a motor, a power supply is cut off by rotating and throwing away a guide power supply structure, and the safety of the device is remarkably improved.
