The invention discloses a power battery grouping and zoning utilization control system, which comprises battery packs and a BMS, wherein the battery packs are multiple independent battery packs, eachbattery pack is correspondingly connected with a control switch in series to form an independent battery area, the multiple battery areas are connected in parallel to form a power battery pack, the BMS is used for monitoring the working state of the battery pack in each independent battery area and disconnecting the parallel connection of the faulted battery pack and other battery packs through the control switch corresponding to the battery pack. According to the series-parallel connection mode of the battery cells in the battery pack, the battery cells are divided into several areas which are connected in parallel and can be independently controlled, and when the battery cells in a certain area have the conditions of overlarge voltage difference, abnormal collection and the like, the main negative relay in the area can be disconnected; because each area is provided with the main negative relay, the abnormal condition of the area does not influence other battery cell areas, high voltage is not easy to drop in the vehicle driving process, and the safety of the vehicle and a driver is better facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种动力电池分组分区利用控制系统,包括电池组、BMS,所述电池组为多个相互独立的电池组,每个所述的电池组对应的与一个控制开关串联形成一个独立电池区域,多个电池区域并联形成动力电池包,BMS用于监控各个独立电池区域内的电池组的工作状态并将出现故障的电池组通过电池组对应的控制开关断开其与其它电池组的并联。根据电池包内电芯的串并联方式,将电芯分成几个并联的、可以独立控制的区域,在某一区域的电芯出现压差过大、采集异常等情况时,该区域的主负继电器会断开;因为每个区域都有自己的主负继电器,所以该区域的异常情况不会影响其他电芯区域,在车辆行驶过程中,不容易引起掉高压,更有利于车辆和驾驶人员的安全。
