A thermal conditioning device (1) for a battery pack (500) of an electric and/or hybrid vehicle has a substantially planar shape defining a longitudinal axis (X-X), a transverse axis (Y-Y) and a vertical axis (V-V). The thermal conditioning device (1) comprises an upper plate (2), a middle plate (3) and a lower plate (4). The thermal conditioning device (1) comprises a working chamber (5) definedbetween an upper plate (2) and a lower plate (4), in which working fluid flows, and wherein the middle plate (3) comprises a spoiler assembly (30) housed in the working chamber (5). The spoiler element (30) is provided with: at least one peak section (31) that engages the upper plate (2); and at least one valley (32) engaging the lower plate (4), defining a plurality of fluid channels (300) in theworking chamber (5) in such a way that a working fluid circulates in the fluid channels (300).
