Limiting grooves are formed in the front and rear positions of the upper end of the limiting frame, lifting shafts vertically slide in the limiting grooves, two connecting rods arranged in a crossed mode are hinged to the middles of the lifting shafts, the bottoms of theconnecting rods are hinged to the upper ends of the sliding blocks, and pulleys are hinged to the upper ends of the connecting rods and slide in bottom grooves formed in the two sides of the bottom of the fuel tank shell. Supporting frames are installed on the two sides of the inner wall of the fixed bottom shell, a blocking frame is installed between the other ends of the supporting frames, andtwo buffer columns slide on the blocking frame. The up-down buffering capacity for the fuel tank shell is achieved, meanwhile, the buffering capacity for the positions of the two sides of the fuel tank shell is guaranteed, and then comprehensive buffering and fixing of the fuel tank shell are achieved.

    本发明涉及燃油箱技术领域,公开了一种缓冲固定式燃油箱外壳结构,包括固定底壳,固定底壳内壁底端设有滑槽,滑槽内部两侧滑动设置有滑块,滑块内部之间通过滑孔滑动设置有滑柱,所述滑槽中部上端安装限位架,限位架上端前后位置设有限位槽,限位槽内部上下滑动有升降轴,升降轴中部铰接有交叉设置的两个连接杆,连接杆底部铰接于滑块上端,连接杆上端铰接有滑轮,滑轮滑动于设置在燃油箱壳体底部两侧的底槽内部,固定底壳内壁两侧安装支撑架,支撑架另一端之间安装挡架,挡架上滑动有两个缓冲柱。本发明,实现了对于燃油箱外壳的上下缓冲能力,同时确保了对于燃油箱外壳的两侧位置的缓冲能力,进而实现了对于燃油箱外壳的全面缓冲固定。
