The vehicle sinkingearly warning method comprises the following steps: acquiring the slip rate of the engineering machinery; acquiring the descending speed of the gravity center of the engineering machinery in the moving process; judging whether the engineering machinery has a vehicle sinking risk or not according to the slip rate and the descending speed; and sending a first alarm signal if the engineering machinery has the vehicle sinking risk. The vehicle sinking early warning method provided by the invention is used for judging whether the engineering machinery has a vehicle sinking risk or not in the working process, and reminding an operator of cautious operation when the vehicle sinking risk exists, so that the vehicle sinking condition is avoided as much as possible, and the maintenance cost of the engineering machinery can be reduced.
