本发明涉及一种主变铁心叠装用转运装置,包括底框、固定臂、活动臂和顶框,所述底框外侧四周均安装有第一液压杆,所述第一液压杆伸缩端安装有L型挡板;运输过程中主变铁心向一侧缓冲板移动时,活动杆在将一侧气压筒内带动活塞移动,且对弹簧进行压缩,此时一侧气压筒内的的空气挤入另一侧气压筒内,作用于另一侧气压筒内活塞带动另一侧缓冲板移动,一侧缓冲板收缩的距离和另一侧缓冲板移动的距离相等,保证缓冲板始终与主变铁心外侧接触,且通过弹簧的弹性形变对主变铁心起到保护作用,避免主变铁心与转运装置碰撞,保证主变铁心的安全运输,降低运输成本。
