    本发明涉及一种轻量化前副车架,包括上板、下板、左辅助车身连接三角板和右辅助车身连接三角板,上板与下板相互扣合焊接固定,左辅助车身连接三角板和右辅助车身连接三角板直接焊接再下板后侧的两端,上板和下板的内部两侧分别对称焊接有左前加强板和左后加强板及右前加强板和右后加强板。本发明有益的效果是:本发明结构改变了上下板等结构及工艺形式,重新布置焊缝,上板取消四条拼焊焊缝,下板重新布置焊缝,拆分为3块板,优化了中部挖空区域形状、大小、拔模斜度,单独分离了辅助连接三角板,转向机前点右侧空腔部分增加了横向加强板,避免了焊接缺陷,提高了模态性能,降低了成本的同时实现了轻量化。
