Through comprehensive application of the blockchain, the Internet of Things and the artificial intelligence technology, dynamic monitoring of parking spaces and parking information acquisition can be realized; a transaction hash certificate is stored in the blockchain bottom platform, so that data tamper resistance is realized, and the problems of non-transparent transaction, low efficiency and the like in current roadside urban parking management can be solved; in addition, the parking data ofeach area can be obtained by applying a big data analysis technology, and so that the method has a guiding effect on the number and positions of the parking spaces.
