The invention discloses an aluminum alloy sliding rail profile for an aircraft catapult seat and a manufacturing process of the aluminum alloy sliding rail profile, and relates to an aluminum alloy profile. The aluminum alloy sliding rail profile comprises a profile body, a first rail groove and a second rail groove, the first rail groove and the second rail groove which are different in size areformed in one side of the profile body, and a groove is formed in the other side of the profile body. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps of casting, homogenization treatment, surface milling, saw cutting, ingot heating (the heating temperature is 436 DEG C, and the heating time is 7.5 hours), extrusion forming, quenching, stretching, aging, finished product detection, finishedproduct saw cutting and packaging and delivery. According to the aluminum alloy sliding rail profile for aircraft catapult seat and the manufacturing process , 60% of raw materials are saved, so thatthe raw material cost is reduced, the machining efficiency is improved, and the coarse grain ring is controlled within 2.0 mm. And the yield of products is improved, an aluminum alloy E-shaped profile is used for manufacturing an aircraft catapult seat sliding rail, so that the material strength is improved. And the machining difficulty coefficient is reduced, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种飞机弹射座椅用铝合金滑轨型材及其制造工艺,它涉及一种铝合金型材。包括型材本体、第一轨道槽、第二轨道槽,型材本体的一侧设置有两个大小不同的第一轨道槽、第二轨道槽,型材本体的另一侧设置有凹槽。制造工艺如下:铸造→均匀化处理→铣面→锯切→铸锭加热(加热温度436℃,加热时间7.5小时)→挤压成型→淬火→拉伸→时效→成品检测→成品锯切→包装交货。本发明节约用料60%原料,从而降低了原料成本,提高了机械加工效率,控制粗晶环在2.0mm以内。提高了产品的成品率,使用铝合金山字型材制造飞机弹射座椅滑轨,提高了材料强度。降低了机械加工难度系数,降低了制造成本。
