The invention provides a track robot battery replacing device and method capable of achieving uninterrupted power supply. The device comprises a robot body, a battery slideway, a battery push rod anda charging platform. When a battery in the machine body needs to be replaced, the machine body is moved to a battery replacing position, and under the action of the battery push rod, a full-electric-quantity battery is pushed into the battery bin to replace a low-electric-quantity battery, so that the automatic replacement of the battery is realized, the uninterrupted operation of equipment is guaranteed, and through a specially designed battery structure and a specially designed power receiving contact, under the condition that the robot body only uses one set of power supply mechanism, the function of changing batteries without power failure is achieved, and outage restart and structural complication of equipment are avoided.
本发明提供了一种可不断电的轨道机器人换电池装置及方法,该装置包括机器人本体、电池滑道、电池推杆和充电平台;当机器本体内的电池需要更换时,移动到换电池位置,在电池推杆的作用下,将满电量电池推入电池仓,替换低电量的电池,实现了电池的自动更换,保障了设备的不间断运行,并且通过特别设计的电池结构和受电触点,在机器人本体仅使用一套供电机构的情况下实现了不断电换电池功能,避免了设备的断电重启和结构复杂化。
