The invention discloses an electronic power-assisted braking system with redundancy, which mainly comprises a body and the like. A brake pipeline A, a brake pipeline B, a brake pipeline C and a brakepipeline D are connected onto the body, an electric power-assisted brake main system is connected with the body through a main oil inlet pipeline, and brake fluid is distributed to the brake pipelineA and the brake pipeline B through the body. The electric power-assisted brake slave system is connected with the body through a slave oil inlet pipeline, and brake fluid is distributed to the brake pipeline C and the brake pipeline D through the body. Electric power-assisted braking of the vehicle is achieved, a brand-new energy recovery mode is adopted, braking energy recovery can be conducted in cooperation with the whole vehicle under the condition that no ESC support exists, the cost is saved, and the applicability of the product is improved; the energy recovery process is controllable, the foot feeling consistency in the braking process under various conditions can be ensured, the requirement for redundant braking is met, and meanwhile the requirement for the large liquid demand of alarge heavy-duty vehicle can be met.

    本发明公开了一种带冗余的电子助力制动系统,主要包括本体等,本体上连接有制动管路A、制动管路B、制动管路C、制动管路D,电动助力制动主系统通过主进油管路与本体相连,并通过本体将制动液分配给制动管路A、制动管路B,电动助力制动从系统通过从进油管路与本体相连,并通过本体将制动液分配给制动管路C、制动管路D。本发明实现车辆的电动助力制动,采用全新的能量回收方式,在没有ESC支持的情况下能够配合整车进行制动能量回收,节约了成本,提高了产品的适用性;能量回收过程是可控的,能够确保在各种条件下制动过程中的脚感一致性,满足了冗余制动的要求,同时能够支持大型重载车辆大需液量的要求。
