The invention discloses a design method of a two-channel pipeline dual-purpose handrail of a container ship, which comprises the following steps of: setting a compressed air pipeline as a pipeline capable of serving as a handrail according to the characteristics of all pipelines which are longitudinally arranged along two channels in the container ship; designing the arrangement height of a compressed air pipeline and the position away from a midship; laying the compressed air pipeline along the side edge of the aisle according to the set arrangement height, and when the compressed air pipeline is laid to the position close to the watertight door, the compressed air pipeline is horizontally bent to the middle of the aisle and penetrates through the watertight door. According to the method,the compressed air pipeline in the aisle is also used as an armrest, so that the arrangement of the armrest in the second-deck passage can be omitted, the arrangement of a pipeline system in the second-deck passage is simplified, the arrangement is simpler, and the passage is more general.

    本发明公开了一种集装箱船二通道管路兼用扶手的设计方法,包括以下步骤:根据所述集装箱船中沿二通道纵向布置的所有管路的特性,将压缩空气管路设定为可兼做扶手的管路;设计压缩空气管路的布置高度及距舯位置;按照设定的布置高度并沿着走道侧边敷设压缩空气管道,当压缩空气管道敷设到靠近水密门的位置时,将压缩空气管道水平折弯至走道中间并从水密门中穿过。本发明将走道内压缩空气管路兼做扶手,可以省去二甲板通道内的扶手布置,简化二甲板通道内管路系统的布置,使布置更为简洁,通行更为通常。
