The invention relates to a charging control system and a charging control method adopted by the charging control system. The charging control system comprises a to-be-charged new energy automobile, aplurality of operation service networks capable of providing charging services for the new energy automobile, a user terminal used by a user of the new energy automobile, and a power grid, wherein theoperation service network comprises a control center and a charging pile, the charging pile is connected to the power grid, the new energy vehicle is in bidirectional communication with the control center, the user terminal is in bidirectional communication with the control center, the new energy vehicle is in bidirectional communication with the user terminal, the control center is in unidirectional communication with the charging pile, and the new energy vehicle can be connected with the charging pile for charging and discharging; and the new energy automobile is in one-way communication with the charging pile. The charging control method is applied to the charging control system. The system is advantaged in that charging and discharging of the new energy automobile can be finely controlled, operation efficiency is improved, and the charging and discharging control level is improved.

    本发明涉及一种充电控制系统及其采用的充电控制方法,充电控制系统包括待充电的新能源汽车、能够为新能源汽车提供充电服务的若干个运营服务网络、供新能源汽车的用户使用的用户终端以及电网;运营服务网络包括控制中心和充电桩,充电桩接入电网,新能源汽车与控制中心双向通信,用户终端与控制中心双向通信,新能源车和用户终端双向通信,控制中心与充电桩单向通信,新能源汽车能够与充电桩相连接充放电,新能源汽车与充电桩单向通信。充电控制方法应用于上述充电控制系统中。本发明能够精细化控制新能源汽车充放电,提高运行效率、提高充放电控制水平。
