The invention relates to the technical field of battery data, in particular to a heavy truck platform battery data acquisition management system which comprises an information module, a data module, acommunication module, a management module and a controller. The management module comprises a battery rack, a temperature guide plate and a heat storage box; due to the fact that the power battery ofthe heavy truck platform has high load power, the temperature of the environment where the power battery of the heavy truck platform is located changes along with the long driving distance of the heavy truck platform, and the use experience of the electric heavy truck platform can be weakened due to fluctuation of the running performance of the battery. Therefore, the temperature in the battery operation process is adjusted through the arranged management module, the temperature between the temperature guide plate and the heat storage box is balanced through the heat pipe, the battery pack ofthe heavy truck platform is made to be at the proper operation temperature, and the controller is used for being combined with the information module and the data module to analyze the battery state;and the operation temperature of the battery is further adjusted through the management module, so that the operation effect of the heavy truck platform battery data acquisition management system isimproved.

    本发明涉及电池数据技术领域,具体涉及一种重卡平台电池数据采集管理系统,包括信息模块、数据模块、通信模块、管理模块和控制器;所述管理模块包括电池架、导温板和储热盒;由于重卡平台的动力电池具有较高的负载功率,且重卡平台较长的行驶路程,其所处的环境温度也随之产生变化,使得其中电池运行性能的波动,会削弱电动重卡平台的使用体验;故此,本发明通过设置的管理模块对电池运行过程中的温度进行调节,通过热管平衡导温板与储热盒间的温度,使重卡平台的电池组处于适宜的运行温度,并运用控制器结合信息模块及数据模块对电池状态的分析,通过管理模块进一步调节电池的运行温度,从而提升了重卡平台电池数据采集管理系统的运行效果。
