The device comprises a supporting plate, roller lifting mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the bottom end of the supporting plate, and a lifting mechanism is arranged at the top of the supporting plate; a rotating plate is arranged above a lifting table top plate, the lifting table top plate is connected with a rotating plate through a connecting bearing, an inner insection ring meshed with a driving gear is arranged in the middle of the bottom end of the rotating plate, first sliding rail sleeves are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the bottom end of the rotating plate, and sliding grooves matched with first sliding rails are formed in the middles of the first sliding rail sleeves; and a maintenance table is arranged above the rotating plate, second sliding rail sleeves matched with second sliding rails are arranged on the two sides of the bottom end of the maintenance table, and a lead screw nut matched with a lead screw is arranged in the middle of the bottom end of the maintenance table. Through the arrangement of the overall structure, the operable space of equipment maintenance personnel is increased, the equipment maintenance efficiency is improved, supporting is more stable, and the safety coefficient of the maintenance personnel is increased.
