The invention belongs to a steering engine limiting technology, and relates to a mechanical rotation limiting device and method. The device and method can be used for carrying out angle limiting on various rotation structures including a steering engine. At present, the working displacement of the steering engine is limited by a microswitch, the installation space is large, and the safety coefficient is low. A hollow shaft is arranged in the middle of a limiter cover, a plurality of limiting discs, a limiting block, a gasket and a limiting gasket are sequentially arranged on the hollow shaft in a sleeving manner, and connection is achieved through a 90-degree countersunk head screw and a nylon self-locking nut. Each limiting disc is provided with an inner annular groove and an outer annular groove within a certain angle range. The end face, close to the limiting discs, of the limiting block is provided with a first annular groove. An inner limiting pin shaft is fixedly mounted on the limiter cover, and the free end of the inner limiting pin shaft is inserted into the inner annular grooves; a middle limiting pin shaft is inserted into the outer annular grooves and the inner annular grooves of the adjacent limiting discs; and one end of an outer limiting pin shaft is inserted into the first annular groove and the outer annular grooves. A slidable key connection structure is formed by utilizing the limiting pin shafts and the annular guide grooves of the limiting block and the limiting discs.

    本发明属于舵机限位技术,涉及一种机械旋转限位装置及限位方法,可用于对包括舵机在内的各种旋转结构进行角度限位。目前舵机工作位移采用微动开关进行限制,安装空间大,安全系数低。本发明限位器盖中部具有空心轴,依次套装有若干限位圆盘、限位块、垫圈和限位垫片,并通过90°沉头螺钉和尼龙自锁螺母连接;限位圆盘具有一定角度范围的内环形槽和外环形槽;限位块在靠限位圆盘的端面上具有第一环形槽;在限位器盖上固定安装有内限位销轴,其自由端插入内环形槽中;中间限位销轴插入相邻限位圆盘的外环形槽和内环形槽中;外限位销轴一端插入第一环形槽和外环形槽中。利用限位销轴与限位块、限位圆盘的环形导向槽,形成可滑动键联接结构。
