The invention discloses a tower crane capable of automatically judging whether goods are overweight or not. The tower crane comprises a machine body, a working cavity is formed in the machine body, an output opening with a downward opening is formed in the lower side of the working cavity, a bobbin is arranged in the working cavity, a suspension wire extending out of the machine body through the output opening is wound on the bobbin, a rotating device capable of driving the bobbin to rotate so as to control the suspension wire to be tightened or loosened is arranged in the machine body, and the rotating device comprises a driving cavity which is formed in the machine body and located on the left side of the working cavity. Compared with a traditional tower crane, the tower crane has the advantages that firstly, the suspension wire can be wound around the bobbin to the maximum extent through a stabilizing device; and secondly, the weight of the goods bound to the suspension wire can be detected, and when the goods are overweight, an intelligent motor rotates reversely, so that the goods move downwards to the original position, and operation is started again after related personnel perform adjustment.

    本发明公开的一种能自动判定货物重量是否超重的塔吊,包括机体,所述机体内设有工作腔,所述工作腔下侧设有开口向下的输出口,所述工作腔内设有线筒,所述线筒上饶有通过所述输出口伸出所述机体外的吊线,所述机体内设有能带动所述线筒转动从而控制所述吊线收紧或放松的转动装置,所述转动装置包括摄于所述机体内且位于所述工作腔左侧的驱动腔,本发明相比于传统的塔吊,首先,本发明能通过平稳装置来使线筒能绕最大限度的吊线,其次,本发明能检测绑于吊线上的货物的重量,当货物超重时,智能马达反转从而使货物向下移动至原味,让相关人员调整后重新操作。
