The invention discloses an automobile air conditioner adopting internal combustion engine waste heat energy conversion for refrigeration and heatstroke prevention, and belongs to the technical field of automobile air conditioners. According to the automobile air conditioner, waste heat energy of an internal combustion engine is utilized, a binary solution is formed by two substances of lithium bromide and water with different boiling points, the binary solution continuously circulates in a system according to the absorption refrigeration working principle, and the waste heat energy generated by acting of the internal combustion engine is converted into refrigeration and heatstroke prevention of the automobile air conditioner. The automobile air conditioner of this invention can be applied to all air conditioners which are operated outdoors, are provided with operation rooms and need heatstroke prevention and cooling in summer and are provided with internal combustion engines for providing heatstroke prevention and cooling for power machinery, and all the internal combustion engines cool waste heat generated by internal combustion acting through water circulation. The temperature of the evaporator heat exchange coil in the air conditioner refrigerating system is reduced through the binary solution of the waste heat recovery system, the refrigerating effect of the automobile air conditioner system is improved, and waste heat of an internal combustion engine is effectively utilized.

    一种采用内燃机废热能转化制冷防暑降温的汽车空调,属于汽车空调技术领域;利用内燃机的废热能釆用溴化锂与水两种沸点不同的物质组成二元溶液,在系统内不断循环的吸收式制冷工作原理,利用自身内燃机做功所产生的废热能转化制冷防暑降温的汽车空调,包括所有在室外操作带有操作室夏季需要防暑降温的移动有内燃机为动力机械提供防暑降温的空调,所有内燃机都通过水循环来冷却内燃做功所产生的废热,本发明空调制冷系统中的蒸发器热交换盘管通过废热回收系统的二元溶液对其进行降低温度,实现提高汽车空调系统的制冷效果,且有效的利用了内燃机的废热。
