An infrared thermal camera is arranged at the upper end of the GPS positioning device, an alarm is arranged at the lower end of the base, supporting legs are arranged on the two sides of the lower end of the vehicle body, machine arms are arranged on the side faces of the vehicle body, folding buckles are arranged in the middles of the machine arms, propellers are arranged on the upper portions of the tail ends of the machine arms, and an RFID reader is wirelessly connected with an RFID tag.
