A single-brake dual-gear low-cost hybrid power system comprises a power input end and a power output end, the power input end is provided with a first power source, and the hybrid power system further comprises a first clutch, a first epicyclic gear train, a second epicyclic gear train and a brake. According to the hybrid power system, the motor and the two planet rows are adopted, a sun gear of one planet row is directly and fixedly arranged, the structure is simple, and the maintenance cost is low; in the whole framework, only one brake is matched with other gear structures to realize two different gears, namely a low gear and a high gear, of a heavy-duty dump truck, so that the production cost is low; and the characteristics of the engine and the motor and the speed change of the two-stage planetary gear are utilized, so that the optimal performance suitable for the heavy dump truck is achieved.

    一种单制动器双档位低成本混合动力系统,包括动力输入端和动力输出端,所述动力输入端设置有第一动力源,该混合动力系统还包括第一离合器、第一周转轮系、第二周转轮系和制动器。本发明设计的混合动力系统,采用一个电机和两个行星排,其中一个行星排的太阳轮直接固定设置,结构简单,维护成本低;整个架构中仅采用一个制动器配合其他齿轮结构实现了重型自卸车的两个不同档位,低速档和高速档,生产成本低;利用发动机与电机各自的特点,以及二级行星齿轮的变速,达到了适合此类重型自卸车的最优性能。
