The invention discloses a complete oxygen isolation fuel tank of an airplane which comprises a fuel tank body, a plurality of partition plates is arranged in the fuel tank body and divides the fuel tank body into a plurality of partition cavities, and air bags are distributed in the partition cavities; an air valve for communicating internal and external air flows is arranged on the wall of the fuel tank in a penetrating manner; the air bags are fixedly mounted on the air valve; the air bags are arranged in the fuel tank, air outside an airplane enters and exits the air bag through the air valve instead of directly entering the fuel tank, oxygen in the outside air is effectively prevented from making contact with the fuel, and therefore the fuel cannot be ignited or exploded due to the fact that the oxygen concentration of a combustion layer and an oil-rich layer exceeds 9%; the fuel tank is always in an oxygen isolation state; in addition, the multiple air bags are subjected to self-adaptive contraction and expansion and work in a combined mode, automatic pressure balance of air pressure inside and outside the fuel tank can be achieved, and the technical problem that in the prior art, an airplane fuel tank cannot be thoroughly isolated from external air (oxygen) is solved.
本发明公开了一种飞机完全隔氧燃油箱,包括燃油箱,所述的燃油箱内部设置有多个隔板,所述的隔板将燃油箱分割成多个隔腔,隔腔中布设有气囊;所述的燃油箱壁上贯通设置有用于导通内外气流的气阀;所述的气阀上固定安装有气囊;在燃油箱中设置气囊,使得飞机外部空气通过气阀进出气囊,而不是直接进入燃油箱内部,有效避免了外部空气中的氧气与燃油接触,从而保证燃油不会因为燃烧层和富油层的氧气浓度超过9%而可能发生着火或爆炸,保证了燃油箱始终处于隔氧状态;此外,多个气囊自适应的收缩和膨胀,组合工作,可以实现燃油箱内外气压的自动压力平衡,解决了现有技术中飞机燃油箱与外部空气(氧气)无法彻底隔绝的技术问题。
