The invention discloses an electric vehicle waste heat recycling control system, and the system comprises a vehicle control unit, a crew cabin temperature control system and a motor temperature control system; the crew cabin temperature control system is controlled by the vehicle control unit and used for supplying heat to a crew cabin, and the motor temperature control system is controlled by the vehicle control unit, and is used for supplying heat to the crew cabin temperature control system by using the waste heat of the motor and dissipating heat of the motor; the crew cabin temperature control system is connected with the motor temperature control system through a switch valve and used for achieving heat transfer between the crew cabin temperature control system and the motor temperature control system, and the switch valve is controlled by the whole vehicle controller. The heat supply amount required by the crew member cabin is compared with the waste heat of the motor, the waste heat of the motor is accurately and fully utilized according to the comparison result, the cruising ability of the electric automobile in winter is improved, the heat dissipation requirement existing when the waste heat of the motor is still left after being utilized is considered, and the safety of the whole automobile system is guaranteed. The invention further discloses an electric vehicle waste heat recycling control method.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车余热回收利用控制系统,包括整车控制器、乘务舱温控系统和电机温控系统,其中:乘务舱温控系统受控于整车控制器,用于为乘务舱供热电机温控系统受控于整车控制器,用于利用电机的余热为乘务舱温控系统供热,以及对电机进行散热;乘务舱温控系统与电机温控系统通过开关阀连接,用于实现乘务舱温控系统与电机温控系统之间的热量传递,开关阀受控于整车控制器。本发明将乘务舱所需的供热量与电机的余热进行比对,根据比对结果精准充分利用电机的余热,提高了冬季电动汽车的巡航能力,且考虑了电机余热在利用后仍有剩余时存在的散热需求,保障了整车系统的安全性。本发明还公开了一种电动汽车余热回收利用控制方法。
