The PCB transfer trolley is composed of universal wheels, a base, spiral stand columns, a lower layer plate, a middle plate, an upper layer plate, a height adjusting assembly and a toothed belt. The height adjusting assembly comprises a nut and a pressing ring. The toothed belt drives the nut to rotate on the spiral stand column, the nut is restrained by the spiral stand column to rotate and move up and down along the spiral stand column at the same time, the middle plate is pushed to move up and down, and the aim of adjusting the distance between the plates is achieved. Meanwhile, the nuts are driven by the belt to synchronously rotate on the spiral stand column, so the lifting speeds of the nuts are consistent, and the middle plate is always in a horizontal state.
