According to the method, the problems that in the prior art, in the high-speed construction stage, no corresponding traffic safety management and control measures exist, driving-in vehicles are reminded only by arranging speed limit boards and construction roadblocks, the safety is not guaranteed, and traffic accidents are extremely likely to happen are solved.

    本发明公开了一种高速公路路面施工阶段交通安全管控方法和系统,其中,所述方法包括:对高速施工路段的车道占用信息进行获取;在高速施工路段的前方预设路段进行限速设置;对于预设路段中的车辆的车速进行测量;对于预设路段中的车辆行驶的车道信息进行获取;在车速大于车辆当前所在预设路段的限速的情况下,向该车辆发出超速警告;在车辆行驶的车道信息与所述车道占用信息一致的情况下,向车辆发出变道提醒信号,以及向施工人员发送避让提醒信号。该方法克服现有技术中在高速施工阶段中,没有相应的交通安全管控措施,仅仅是通过设置限速牌以及施工路障对驶入的车辆进行提醒,其安全性没有保障,极易发生交通事故的问题。
