The invention discloses a traffic road sign device and a toppling prevention and speed measurement method thereof. The traffic road sign device comprises an indication board, a supporting assembly, a speed measuring radar and an anti-toppling base. The speed measuring radar is located on the supporting assembly. A solar cell panel and an information transmitter are arranged on the indication board. The anti-toppling base comprises a shell, a balancing weight, a first spring and a second spring, wherein the first spring and the second spring are located on two sides of the balancing weight. A first pressure sensor is mounted on the first spring, and a second pressure sensor is mounted on the second spring. The supporting assembly is fixed in the anti-toppling base through the balancing weight. According to the toppling prevention method of the traffic road sign device, when the difference value lambda of the two pressure sensors is smaller than or equal to lambda, the device is normal; and when lambda is greater than or equal to lambda, the device is abnormal, and information is sent to the information memory. The real-time vehicle speed v of a passing vehicle is obtained through a speed measuring radar, and when v is larger than v, overspeed information is sent. The method solves the problem that the traffic sign topples over due to the influence of weather and terrain, and judges whether the passing vehicle is overspeed or not conveniently and quickly.

    本发明公开了一种交通路标装置及其防倾倒和测速方法,该交通路标装置包括指示牌、支撑组件、测速雷达和防倾倒底座;测速雷达位于支撑组件上;指示牌上设有太阳能电池板和信息发射器;防倾倒底座包括外壳、配重块,以及位于配重块两侧的第一弹簧和第二弹簧;第一弹簧上安装有第一压力传感器,第二弹簧上安装有第二压力传感器;支撑组件通过配重块固定在防倾倒底座内。本发明交通路标装置的防倾倒方法中,当两个压力传感器的差值λ≦λmax时,装置正常;当λ≧λmax时,装置异常,发送信息至信息存储器。采用测速雷达得出途经车辆的实时车速v,当v大于vmax时发送超速信息。本发明解决了交通路标受天气、地形影响导致路标倾倒的现象,并判断途经车辆是否超速,方便快捷。
