The invention provides a water-cooled fuel cell engine rapid heating system and a control method thereof. The rapid heating system comprises a main circulation heating system and an auxiliary circulation heating system, and by adjusting the working states of all modules in the main circulation heating system and the auxiliary circulation heating system, the rapid heating system has the two working modes of stable heating and rapid heating. When the SOC of the lithium battery of a whole vehicle is normal, the system is in a stable temperature rise working mode, the fluctuation when the temperature of the cooling liquid is controlled at the preset temperature is reduced while the short temperature rise time is guaranteed, and under the condition that the position of a shifting piece or a rotor of an electronic thermostat shakes, the fluctuation with auxiliary circulation temperature rise is smaller than that without auxiliary circulation temperature rise in the temperature control process, so the service life of a galvanic pile is prolonged; and when the SOC of the lithium battery of the whole vehicle is relatively low, the working mode is a rapid temperature rise working mode, and compared with a relatively stable temperature rise working mode, the working mode has a higher temperature rise speed, and the power generation efficiency of the fuel battery is improved.

    本发明提供的一种水冷燃料电池发动机的快速升温系统及控制方法,包括主循环升温系统和辅循环升温系统,通过调节主循环升温系统和辅循环升温系统中各模块的工作状态,快速升温系统具有稳定升温和快速升温两种工作模式,当整车锂电池的SOC正常时为稳定升温工作模式,在保证较短升温时间的同时,减小冷却液温度控制在设定温度时的波动,并且在电子节温器拨片或转子位置有抖动的情况下,有辅循环升温会比无辅循环升温在温度控制时有更小的波动,利于延长电堆的使用寿命;当整车锂电池的SOC较低时为快速升温工作模式,相较稳定升温工作方式有更快的升温速度,提高燃料电池的发电效率。
