The invention relates to the technical field of building equipment, and discloses an assembly type building prefabricated part hoisting device which comprises a shell. A pneumatic control device is fixedly connected to the interior of the shell, a first shell is fixedly connected to the interior of the shell, and a first piston is slidably connected to the interior of the first shell; and the interior of the first piston is in threaded connection with a first screw rod, the bottom end of the first screw rod is fixedly connected with a fixing block, and the middle of the first screw rod is rotationally connected with a first connecting rod. According to the assembly type building prefabricated part hoisting device, through connection of the shell and the first connecting rod, the problem that a hoisting device in the prior art does not fix and pre-tighten a hoisting rod is solved, the hoisting rod is wedged tightly through a wedge-shaped structure, the situation that the hoisting rod is prone to falling off in the transportation process is avoided, and practicability and safety are improved; and a vacuum device is used for assisting, so that the wind load influence is reduced, the wind resistance strength is improved in the moving process, and large-amplitude shaking is avoided.

    本发明涉及建筑设备技术领域,且公开了一种装配式建筑预制构件吊装装置,包括外壳,所述外壳的内部固定连接有气动控制装置,所述外壳的内部固定连接有第一壳体,所述第一壳体的内部滑动连接有第一活塞,所述第一活塞的内部螺纹连接有第一螺杆,所述第一螺杆的底端固定连接有固定块,所述第一螺杆的中部转动连接有第一连杆。该装配式建筑预制构件吊装装置,通过外壳、第一连杆的连接,解决了现有技术的吊装装置对吊杆没有加以固定和预紧的问题,利用楔形结构,对吊杆加以楔紧,避免吊杆在运输途中容易掉落,提高实用性以及安全性,利用真空装置加以辅助,减小风载影响,在移动过程中增加抗风强度,避免大幅度晃动。
