The invention discloses a power battery system, a control method thereof and a vehicle. The power battery system comprises a battery pack, a first controller, a second controller, a battery management device, a vehicle control unit, a temperature detection device and a pre-charging circuit connected with the first controller in parallel; the pre-charging circuit comprises a pre-charging controller and a pre-charging resistor which are connected in series, and the temperature detection device is used for detecting the temperature of the pre-charging resistor; the battery management device is used for controlling on or off of the first controller, the second controller and the pre-charging controller; and the vehicle control unit is connected with the temperature detection device so as to determine whether to send out a high-voltage power-off instruction or not according to the temperature of the pre-charging resistor. According to the power battery system, when the function of the battery management device is abnormal and the temperature of the pre-charging resistor is too high, the vehicle control unit can send out the high-voltage power-off instruction, so that the temperature of the pre-charging resistor can be prevented from being too high, and the working safety of the power battery system is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种动力电池系统及其控制方法、车辆,所述动力电池系统包括:电池组、第一控制器、第二控制器、电池管理装置、整车控制器、温度检测装置以及与第一控制器并联的预充电路;预充电路包括串联的预充控制器和预充电阻,温度检测装置用于检测预充电阻的温度;电池管理装置用于控制第一控制器、第二控制器和预充控制器的闭合或断开;整车控制器与温度检测装置相连,以根据预充电阻的温度决定是否发出高压下电指令。根据本发明的动力电池系统,在电池管理装置的功能出现异常、造成预充电阻的温度过高时,整车控制器可发出高压下电指令,从而可避免预充电阻的温度过高,保证动力电池系统工作的安全性。
