The semi-automatic magnetic powder flaw inspection robot comprises a magnetic powder flaw inspection robot moving body, a flexible detection module, a magnetic suspension liquid spraying module and a magnetic adsorption control module, and the flexible detection module, the magnetic suspension liquid spraying module and the magnetic adsorption control module are all arranged on the moving body; by means of the flexible detection module, the movement capability of a magnet yoke can be improved, the adaptability of the magnet yoke to wall surfaces with different curvatures is enhanced, and the magnet yoke has the capability of crossing obstacles; by means of the magnetic suspension liquid spraying module, magnetic suspension liquid can be sprayed conveniently, the spraying angle of the magnetic suspension liquid can be adjusted easily, a magnetic suspension liquid tank can be replaced conveniently and rapidly, and the whole module is small, exquisite and compact; and by means of the magnetic adsorption control module, the movement range of a magnet on a bearing sleeve can be limited, and the attraction control and magnetic unloading of the magnet on a magnetic conductive wall surface are realized.

    本发明一种半自动磁粉探伤机器人,包含磁粉探伤机器人移动本体、柔性检测模块、磁悬浮液喷涂模块和磁吸附控制模块,柔性检测模块、磁悬浮液喷涂模块和磁吸附控制模块均设置在移动本体上;通过设置柔性检测模块,可提高磁轭的运动能力,使磁轭对不同曲率的壁面的适应性变强,也使其具有越过障碍的能力;通过设置磁悬浮液喷涂模块,可使磁悬浮液的喷射方便且其喷射角度易于调整、磁悬浮液罐的换装方便快捷以及整个模块小巧紧凑;通过设置磁吸附控制模块,可对磁铁在轴承套上的活动范围进行限制,并实现磁铁对导磁壁面的吸力控制以及卸磁。
