The anti-falling elevator comprises an elevator car, a lifting mechanism, a first sensing element, a second sensing element and stopping mechanisms. The lifting mechanism is in transmission connection with the elevator car, and the first sensing element and the second sensing element are arranged in an up-down spaced mode and used for detecting the falling time of the elevator car. The stopping mechanisms are fixedly mounted below the first sensing element and the second sensing element, and the stopping mechanisms have a stopping state of protruding to an elevator car operation channel and a normal state of retracting to be staggered with the elevator car operation channel. The anti-falling elevator further comprises a main controller, the main controller is electrically connected with the first sensing element, the second sensing element and the stopping mechanisms, and the main controller is used for receiving a time signal sent by the first sensing element and a time signal sent by the second sensing element and judging whether the elevator car falls in an accelerated mode or not according to the time signal so that the stopping mechanisms are controlled to be adjusted to the stopping state when the elevator car falls in the accelerated mode.
