The invention discloses a tunnel vehicle positioning and early warning system and method based on the Internet of Vehicles and car following behaviors. A segmented radio frequency identification system and a road side unit are built in a tunnel, and the lane passing information of a networked vehicle is obtained; a networked vehicle detects position and speed information of a front non-networked vehicle and a rear non-networked vehicle through a vehicle-mounted millimeter wave radar, in addition, the networked vehicle sends operation information of the networked vehicle to a road side unit through an intelligent vehicle-mounted unit and transmits the operation information to an edge industrial personal computer and a cloud platform, and therefore position estimation of the networked vehicle and the non-networked vehicle in a tunnel is achieved. And then, early warning is carried out on the vehicle in combination with the vehicle speed change condition of each subsection interval in the tunnel. Real-time analysis of operation conditions of networked and non-networked vehicles can be realized under the condition of no GNSS signal, and the method plays an important role in improving the traffic safety level in the tunnel.

    本发明公开了一种基于车联网和跟驰行为的隧道车辆定位和预警系统及其方法,在隧道内搭建分段射频识别系统和路侧单元,获取网联车辆的车道通过信息;网联汽车通过车载毫米波雷达,探测前后非网联汽车的位置和速度信息,此外,网联汽车通过智能车载单元将自身的运行信息,发送给路侧单元,传送至边缘工控机和云平台,由此实现隧道内网联和非网联汽车的位置估计。然后,结合隧道内各分段区间的车辆速度变化情况,对车辆进行预警。本发明能够实现在无GNSS信号的条件下,实时分析网联和非网联汽车的运行情况,对提高隧道内交通安全水平具有重要作用。
