The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle carbon fiber shell integrated machining process using a wax mold. The unmanned aerial vehicle carbon fiber shell integrated machining process comprises the following steps that (1) an unmanned aerial vehicle shell is modeled; (2) an upper mold, a lower mold and a wax mold are prepared; (3) carbon fiber cloth is laid on the outer surface of the wax mold, and resin is brushed; (4) the operation of the step (3) is repeated for multiple times; (5) the wax mold is placed in the lower mold, and the upper mold and the lower mold are oppositely combined up and down and fixed through a clamp; (6) curing is performed at normal temperature for 24 hours, and integrally heating is completed after curing; and (7) the molten wax liquid is taken out, the upper mold and the lower mold are separated, and the formed carbon fiber machine shell is taken out. The unmanned aerial vehicle carbon fiber shell integrated processing technology is easy to operate, demolding wax is not needed when the silicone rubber air bag is demolded, the technology is simple, the processing cost is low, the strength and toughness are high, and the prepared shell is integrally formed, uniform in quality, high in strength and light in weight.

    本发明公开了一种使用蜡模的无人机碳纤维机壳一体化加工工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)对无人机机壳进行建模;(2)制备上模、下模和蜡模;(3)在所述蜡模外表面铺设碳纤维布,并涂刷树脂;(4)多次重复步骤(3)的操作;(5)将所述蜡模放入所述下模内,并将所述上模和下模上下对合并通过卡具固定;(6)常温固化24小时,固化完成后整体加热;(7)取出融化的蜡液,将所述上模和下模分开并取出成型的碳纤维机壳。本发明所提供的无人机碳纤维机壳一体化加工工艺操作简单,硅橡胶气囊脱模时无需借助脱模蜡,工艺简单,加工成本低,强度和韧性较高,制备出的机壳一体成形,质量均匀,强度较高且重量较轻。
