The invention discloses a split type torsion spring jack. The split type torsion spring jack comprises a hole sleeve, a torsion spring, a variable-diameter bundle piece and a top cover, wherein an annular table is arranged on the inner wall of one end of the hole sleeve, the torsion spring is of a cylindrical structure, a concave waist-narrowing part is arranged in the middle of the torsion spring, the torsion spring is inserted into the hole sleeve, one end of the torsion spring abuts against the annular table, the variable-diameter bundle piece is tightly arranged outside the waist-narrowing part in a sleeving mode, a gap is reserved between the inner wall of the hole sleeve and the reducing bundle piece, and the top cover is of a hollow structure, covers the other end of the hole sleeve and abuts against the other end of the torsional spring. According to the split type torsion spring jack provided by the invention, the restoring force of the variable-diameter bundle piece is superposed on the torsion spring waisted part, so that the rebound effect is improved, the service time and frequency of high-stability electric connection are prolonged, and the service life is remarkably prolonged.
