The invention discloses a vacuum pipeline train body structure with a double-layer pressure-resistant passenger compartment. The structure comprises an outer skin, an outer skin longitudinal beam, a cross beam frame, an inner skin longitudinal beam and an inner skin. The train body structure is of an upper-lower-layer structure, an upper-layer passenger compartment and a lower-layer equipment compartment; the outer skin covers the cross beam frame and is fixed with the cross beam frame in a sealing manner; the outer skin longitudinal beam is sealed and fixed on the inner surface of the outer skin; the passenger compartment is wrapped by the inner skin; the inner skin longitudinal beam is fixed to the outer side of the inner skin in a sealed mode. According to the train body structure, the passenger compartment is wrapped by a double-layer sealed pressure-resistant structure, life safety of passengers in the passenger compartment is guaranteed, and pressure loss safety in a vacuum environment is improved; similar round or oval train windows with small areas are designed on the left side and the right side of the train body structure, so that the influence of the train windows on the strength of the train body structure is reduced; the train body structure is made of non-combustible aluminum alloy materials, the fireproof performance of the train body is improved, and fire hazards are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种客舱双层耐压的真空管道列车车体结构,包括外蒙皮、外蒙皮纵梁、横梁框、内蒙皮纵梁和内蒙皮;所述车体结构为上下层结构,上层乘客舱,下层为设备舱;所述外蒙皮包覆横梁框,并与横梁框密封固定;所述外蒙皮内表面密封固定外蒙皮纵梁;所述内蒙皮包裹乘客舱;所述内蒙皮外侧密封固定内蒙皮纵梁。本发明车体结构将乘客舱以双层密封耐压结构包裹,保障客舱内乘客生命安全,提高了真空环境下失压安全性;该车体结构的左右两侧设计面积较小的类似“圆形”或“椭圆形”的车窗,减少了车窗对车体结构强度的影响;车体结构采用不可燃烧的铝合金材料,提高了车体的防火性能,降低了火灾隐患。
