The invention discloses an automatic detection and adjustment control system for cable hoisting balance. High-altitude operation equipment is hoisted through a fixed mounting point preset in advance during cable hoisting, and the dynamic change of the weight and gravity center of the equipment in production operation cannot be fed back in real time; the gravity center of the equipment cannot be adjusted, and therefore according to the scheme provided by the invention, after a cable is connected with a hoisting joint, and then connected with a pulley module installed in a sliding rail, a fixed sliding rail is connected with the equipment through a hole formed in the bottom; an output signal is detected and fed back to a control module through a tilt angle sensor module internally mounted, and therefore a motor is driven to rotate forwards or backwards through a coupler and a transmission screw rod; and the position movement of the pulley module is realized, the cable connection position is always kept at a balance point, and therefore a stable working environment is constructed.
一种用于缆绳吊装平衡的自动检测及调节控制系统。高空作业设备在缆绳吊装时,都是通过提前预设的固定安装点进行吊装,对于生产作业中,设备在作业中的重量、重心动态变化,无法作出即时反馈,也无法对其重心作出调整,为此本发明方案提供了通过缆绳连接吊装接头后,并与滑轨内部安装的滑轮模块连接,固定滑轨通过底部开设的孔连接于设备;经内部安装的倾角传感器模块检测,反馈输出信号给控制模块,从而驱动电机,电机通过轴联器、传动丝杆正转或反转,实现滑轮模块的位置移动,使缆绳连接的位置始终保持在平衡点上,从而构建了稳定的作业环境。
