The invention relates to an anti-fatigue driving method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps: acquiring state information of a driver in a vehicle, control information of the vehicle and running state information of the vehicle; according to the state information of the driver, the control information of the vehicle and the running state information of the vehicle, determining the driving state of the driver; and if the driver is in the fatigue driving state, controlling the vehicle to execute anti-fatigue driving operation, wherein the anti-fatigue driving operation comprises at least one of an operation of generating fatigue driving reminding information, an operation of driving to a safe area, and an operation of switching to an intelligent driving mode. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the diversity of countermeasures for fatigue driving of the intelligent vehicle can be improved, and the safety problem caused by fatigue driving is effectively solved, so that the safety of vehicle driving is improved.
