The invention discloses a high-stability machine-room-less freight elevator. The high-stability machine-room-less freight elevator comprises a hoistway and a traction machine located at the top of the hoistway; a shell is arranged on the outer side of one side of the traction machine; an air outlet is formed in one side of the shell; an axial flow fan is arranged at the air outlet; an air inlet is formed in the other side of the shell; the air inlet is connected with a water pump through a heat exchanger; a cooling device connected with the water pump is arranged 3-8 meters below the ground of the hoistway; the heat exchanger comprises a box body made of an aluminum alloy; a water inlet pipe connected with the water pump is arranged on one side of the box body; a water drainage pipe connected with the cooling device is arranged on the other side of the box body; a U-shaped surrounding plate is arranged on the upper side or the lower side of the box body; an air channel is formed between the surrounding plate and the box body; a plurality of fins connected with the box body are arranged in the air channel; and one end of the air channel is connected with the air inlet through an air pipe. The high-stability machine-room-less freight elevator has the advantage of good operation stability.

    本发明公开了一种高稳定性的无机房载货电梯,包括井道和位于井道顶部的曳引机,曳引机的一侧的外侧设有壳体,壳体的一侧设有排风口,排风口处设有轴流风机,壳体的另一侧设有进风口,进风口通过热交换器连接水泵,井道地面的下方3‑8米设有与水泵连接的冷却装置;所述热交换器包括铝合金材质的箱体,箱体的一侧设有与水泵连接的进水管,箱体的另一侧设有与冷却装置连接的排水管,箱体的上侧或箱体的下侧设有U型的围板,围板与箱体之间形成空气通道,空气通道内设有多个均与箱体连接的翅片,空气通道的一端通过气管连接进风口。本发明具有运行稳定性好的优点。
