The invention relates to a four-wheel independent damping, steering and driving wheeled robot chassis which comprises a four-wheel driving mechanism, differential mechanisms, steering mechanisms and damping mechanisms. The four-wheel driving mechanism is arranged on a chassis frame, the differential mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the chassis frame front and back, the differential mechanisms are fixedly connected with the four-wheel driving mechanism, the steering mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the chassis frame front and back, the damping mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at the four corners of the chassis frame, the wheels are arranged at the four corners of the chassis frame, the steering cleats are rotatably arranged on the wheels, and upper lugs and lower lugs of the steering cleats are fixedly connected with the damping mechanisms respectively. An arm rod of each steering cleat is fixedly connected with each steering mechanism, and a transmission shaft of each differential mechanism penetrates through a center hole of the steering cleat to be fixedly connected with the wheels. The invention aims to provide the wheeled robot chassis with four wheels independently damping, steering and driving, which is simple in structure and high in linkage.

    本发明涉及一种四轮独立减震、转向及驱动的轮式机器人底盘,包括四轮驱动机构、差速器,转向机构、减震机构,所述四轮驱动机构设置于底盘车架上,所述差速器前后对称设置于底盘车架上,所述差速器与四轮驱动机构固定连接,所述转向机构前后对称设置于底盘车架上,所述减震机构对称设置于底盘车架四角,所述底盘车架四角设置有车轮,所述车轮上转动设置有转向羊角,所述转向羊角上耳和下耳分别与减震机构固定连接,所述转向羊角的臂杆与转向机构固定连接,所述差速器的传动轴穿过转向羊角中心孔与车轮固定连接。本发明旨在提供一种结构简单、联动性强的四轮独立减震、转向及驱动的轮式机器人底盘。
