The invention discloses an aerial refueling hose reel mechanism. The aerial refueling hose reel mechanism is provided with a winding drum, and a refueling hose is wound on the winding drum. A loosening mechanism and a rotary sealing assembly are connected with the oil feeding end of the refueling hose; the refueling end of the refueling hose penetrates through a guide mechanism and is sleeved with a buffer spring; and a brake mechanism and a braking mechanism are arranged on the axial side of the winding drum. Ejection extension, orderly extension and rewinding of a refueling hose taper sleeve are completed through the aerial refueling hose reel mechanism, and the winding and unwinding position of the hose is accurately fed back; and in the extending process, braking at the full dragging position is achieved, braking at the full storage position is completed after full retraction, and emergency loosening of the hose in the failure mode is achieved. The aerial refueling hose reel mechanism has the advantages of simple structure, safety, reliability and the like.
