The invention relates to a deformation wheel and a mobile robot comprising the same. The deformation wheel comprises a first driving piece, a second driving piece, a transmission shaft, a transmission mechanism, a connecting frame and a crawler belt connected to the connecting frame. When the crawler belt is in the first state, the first driving piece works and drives the crawler belt to rotate through the connecting frame, and the transmission mechanism is connected with the transmission shaft so that the transmission shaft can rotate along with the transmission mechanism. When the crawler belt is in a second state, the second driving part works, the transmission mechanism is separated from the transmission shaft, and the second driving part is connected with the transmission shaft and drives the crawler belt to rotate through the transmission shaft. The two driving parts are used for controlling respectively, the structure is simpler, the control is more accurate and effective, the fault error rate is lower, and the movement of the robot is safer and more reliable.
本发明涉及一种变形轮及包括该变形轮的移动机器人。该变形轮包括间隔设置的第一驱动件和第二驱动件、传动轴、传动机构、连接架和连接于连接架的履带。履带处于第一状态时,第一驱动件工作,第一驱动件通过连接架带动履带转动,且传动机构与传动轴连接,使得传动轴随之转动。履带处于第二状态时,第二驱动件工作,传动机构与传动轴脱离,第二驱动件与传动轴连接,使得第二驱动件通过传动轴带动履带转动。通过两个驱动件分别控制,结构更为简单,控制更为精准有效,出现故障错误率会更低,使得机器人的移动更加安全可靠。
