The invention relates to a soft and hard combined hoisting mechanism. The horizontal shaking phenomenon of heavy objects in traditional hoisting can be eliminated. The soft and hard combined hoisting mechanism comprises a base, a rotating component, a roller, two hoisting tools and a positioning device, wherein the roller is connected with the rotating component, two steel wire ropes with opposite rotating directions are arranged on the roller, the two steel wire ropes are connected with one hoisting tool, the roller is arranged at the two ends of the base or two telescopic arms connected with the base in a sliding mode, two actuators arranged on the base control the length of the telescopic arms extending out of the two ends of the base respectively, and the base is in hard connection with the heavy object through the positioning device.
