The invention discloses an underwater flexible protection pad hoisting positioning and automatic releasing system which comprises multiple main beams and cross beams. The multiple main beams and the cross beams are fixedly connected to form a containing cavity, hoisting connecting mechanisms are arranged on the main beams, unhooking mounting seats and sensor mounting rods are further arranged on the main beams, and automatic unhooking mechanisms are arranged on the unhooking mounting seats. According to the underwater flexible protection pad hoisting positioning and automatic releasing system provided by the invention, the maximum bearing capacity can reach 12 t, the position coordinates of an automatic unhooking system are dynamically displayed on a deck unit, and accurate unhooking is facilitated.
