The invention discloses an automatic crown block anti-collision system. The system comprises a running track, a crown block, a photoelectric sensing device and a control system, wherein the crown block is movably mounted on the running track; the photoelectric sensing device is arranged below the track and is used for forming a protection area below the running track and outputting a feedback signal when detecting that a foreign matter enters the protection area; and the control system is connected with the crown block and the photoelectric sensing device, and is used for controlling the corresponding working crown block to stop moving when receiving the feedback signal. The automatic crown block anti-collision system has the advantages that the use safety performance of the crown block can be improved, the flexibility is good, the large-range application can be realized, and the operability is high.

    本发明公开了一种自动化天车防撞系统,其包括:行驶轨道;可移动的安装于行驶轨道的天车;光电感应装置,设置在所述轨道下方,用于在所述行驶轨道下方形成保护区域,以及用于在侦测到异物进入保护区域时输出反馈信号;控制系统,连接所述天车以及所述光电感应装置,所述控制系统用于在接收到所述反馈信号时控制相应工作的天车停止移动。其优点是:可以提高天车的使用安全性能,并且灵活性好,可大范围应用可操作性强。
