The invention provides a method and a device for generating a reliability test profile of an aircraft. The method comprises the following steps: determining the proportion of each mission profile of the aircraft and the environmental profile category of the aircraft; determining environmental parameters of the aircraft, wherein the environmental parameters comprise at least one of temperature, humidity, vibration and electric stress; and according to the proportion of each mission profile of the aircraft and the environmental parameters of the aircraft, obtaining the value of each environmental parameter under each environmental profile category of the aircraft within the single cycle test duration range, and taking the value as a reliability test profile under each environmental profile category.

    本发明提供一种飞行器的可靠性试验剖面的生成方法和装置,该方法包括:确定飞行器的各任务剖面的占比,以及飞行器的环境剖面类别;确定飞行器的环境参数,环境参数包括如下中的至少一项:温度、湿度、振动和电应力;根据飞行器的各任务剖面的占比以及飞行器的环境参数,获取单次循环试验时长范围内飞行器的各环境剖面类别下的各环境参数的取值,作为各环境剖面类别下的可靠性试验剖面。
